What this means: This member's Jarvis workplace pension account has been closed, usually because they transferred their pot to another provider.

What to do

  1. Confirm with the worker whether they intentionally closed their account

  2. If yes: mark them as having left the scheme in your payroll system and refund any deducted contributions

  3. If no: contact Jarvis Support to discuss re-activating the account, then resubmit
