Why contributions were rejected for a member with a pension transfer in progress.

What this means: This member's account is currently locked because a transfer to another pension provider is in progress.

What to do

  1. Confirm with the worker whether they're transferring out

  2. If they want to leave the scheme: update your payroll system and refund any deducted contributions

  3. If they want contributions to continue: contact Jarvis Support, as you may need to wait for the transfer to complete before the account can be reactivated
