How do I close my Jarvis workplace pension scheme?

The 30-day notice period, what to pay before closing, and what happens to your members' pots.

Updated today

To close your scheme, email [email protected] with your Employer ID, the reason for closure, and your intended closure date. We require 30 days' notice.

Before your scheme closes, you must ensure all outstanding contributions for the period have been submitted and paid. Unpaid contributions may be reported to The Pensions Regulator.

Members' pots stay with Jarvis after closure. They can keep their pot invested, make personal contributions, or transfer to another provider.

If you are switching to a new provider, set up the new scheme before closing Jarvis so there is no gap in employer contributions.
