If your company is closing, no longer has employees, or you're switching provider, you can close your Jarvis scheme.
To do this, you'll need to give us 30 days' notice and complete any outstanding contributions and admin in that window. We can't process the closure until everything's settled.
Here's what needs to be in place:
Submit your final contribution
Mark any remaining employees as leavers (our guide walks you through how)
Complete any outstanding compliance actions
Withheld contributions are released automatically once your final contribution is submitted, so there's nothing extra to do there.
Once your final contribution is submitted and all employees are marked as leavers, email [email protected] with:
Your company name
Your Employer ID
The reason for closing (for example: company closure, no longer employing staff, or switching provider)
We'll review your account and confirm the final steps. If anything's blocking you, just get in touch and we'll talk it through.
