What this means: You've submitted a record for a new worker (not previously seen by Jarvis) that includes contributions, but the deferral date is currently in the future. This indicates the worker is still in postponement and shouldn't yet be enrolled or receiving contributions.
Why this might happen: Your payroll system may not be able to restrict the pension export to only include workers who have actually been enrolled in the Jarvis scheme. For example, it may include all workers, even those who haven't yet been assessed or are still in postponement.
What to do
If the worker is in postponement:
Speak to your payroll provider about restricting the pension export to only include workers enrolled in the Jarvis scheme
If this is not possible, contact Jarvis Support to discuss a scheme setting that can ignore these records. Please note: enabling this means any non-zero contributions on these records will not be processed
If the worker is not in postponement:
Correct the deferral date in your payroll system to ensure the pension export data is accurate
Resubmit the record to Jarvis with the corrected data
