R001 No existing member found

Why a contribution record failed because no matching enrolment exists in Jarvis.

What this means: Contributions were submitted for a worker, but Jarvis doesn't have an existing enrolment record for them. This error only applies to schemes where enrolment and contributions are handled separately.

What to do

  1. Check that the worker was enrolled in Jarvis before contributions were submitted

  2. If not, enrol them first, then resubmit the contribution record

  3. If you're unsure about your scheme's configuration, contact Jarvis Support
