R040 Date of birth doesn't match

How to resolve a mismatch between the date of birth in your submission and what Jarvis has on file.

What this means: The date of birth in this record doesn't match what Jarvis has on file for this member.

Why this might happen: The member may have corrected their date of birth directly in Jarvis, meaning the payroll system now has the old (incorrect) value.

What to do

  1. Check the member's date of birth in both your payroll system and the Jarvis Employer Portal

  2. Confirm the correct date with the worker

  3. Update whichever system is wrong; if Jarvis needs updating, contact Jarvis Support

  4. Resubmit once resolved
