R030 NI number doesn't match for existing employee ID

What to do when the NI number in your submission conflicts with the one Jarvis has on file.

What this means: Jarvis found an existing enrolment with the same employee ID, but the NI number in this submission is different from what was previously recorded.

Why this might happen: The worker's NI number was changed in your payroll system, or the worker corrected it directly in Jarvis.

What to do

  1. Confirm the correct NI number with the worker

  2. If payroll is wrong: correct it and resubmit

  3. If Jarvis is wrong: contact Jarvis Support to update the record, then resubmit
