R031 NI number cannot be removed

What this means: A record was submitted without an NI number for a worker who previously had one. Jarvis doesn't allow NI numbers to be removed through a submission.

What to do

  1. Check your payroll system, as the NI number may have been accidentally deleted

  2. Restore the NI number and resubmit

  3. If the NI number genuinely needs to be removed, contact Jarvis Support
