What to do when Jarvis flags your submission as "Investigating" due to an internal processing issue.

What this means: Something unexpected went wrong while Jarvis was processing your data. The submission status will show "Investigating".

Do not re-submit your dataOur support team is already aware and will investigate. Re-submitting could cause duplicate contributions.

What to do

  1. Sit tight: the Jarvis Support team will investigate and resolve it, usually within 24 hours

  2. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, get in touch and we'll give you an update
