What this means: Jarvis tried to read your file but couldn't extract any data from it. No records have been processed.
Why this might happen: The file may be corrupted or saved in an unsupported format. This sometimes occurs when a CSV file is edited or resaved in a way that damages the data rows, even though the header looks fine.
What to do
Open the file in Excel or a text editor and check that it looks correct: you should see a header row followed by data rows
Re-export the file from your payroll system and try uploading again
