If you are on an Apple device and cannot find a statement you have downloaded, here is how to open it.

After you tap to download, Safari opens and shows "Download." Tap it, and a blue downward arrow appears at the top left of your screen. Tap the arrow, then tap Downloads, and you will be able to open the file.
