Your policy number is in your valuation statement in the Jarvis app.
To get it: Menu ☰ › Documents › Statements › Request a Statement
After a few seconds a new valuation statement appears. Open it and your policy number is your Account ID, listed inside, in the format JARVS-123456.
If you do not have a policy number yet, your employer may not have finished enrolling you. Contact your employer or HR to check.
Client Reference Number, Account ID and Policy Number all refer to the same thing.
