I haven’t received my enrolment email

What to do if your Jarvis welcome email is missing and how to resend it.

If you haven’t received an enrolment email from Jarvis, it may mean your employer has not yet enrolled you (this can take up to 2 weeks), or the email went to your junk/spam folder.

To resend it: Visit app.getjarvis.app/opt-out and enter your details. If you do not receive an email, it means your employer has not yet enrolled you and you will need to wait until they do.
