Errors are common and almost always quick to fix.

Most common record errors

  • Employee not enrolled — enrol them first.

  • NI mismatch — check it matches the enrolment record.

  • Wrong contribution amount — check your scheme rates.

  • Missing field — fill in all required fields.

How to fix

Correct the affected records in your file. Re-upload just those records, you don’t need to re-submit the whole file.
