How do I enrol employees?

Two ways to add employees to your scheme

Upload a file for batch enrolment, or add employees one at a time.

Upload a file

  1. Go to Enrol Members β†’ Upload.

  2. Select your CSV or PAPDIS file.

  3. Jarvis validates every record. Fix any flagged errors.

  4. Confirm.

Add manually

  1. Go to Enrol Members β†’ Add Employee.

  2. Fill in: name, DOB, NI number, email, address, start date.

  3. Confirm.

Use file upload for 5+ employees. It’s faster.
