How do I enrol employees?

Two ways to add employees to your scheme

Upload a file for batch enrolment, or add employees one at a time.

Upload a file

  1. Go to Enrol Members → Upload.

  2. Select your CSV or PAPDIS file.

  3. Jarvis validates every record. Fix any flagged errors.

  4. Confirm.

Add manually

  1. Go to Enrol Members → Enrol New Member Manually.

  2. Fill in: name, DOB, NI number, email, address, start date.

  3. Confirm.

Use file upload for 5+ employees. It’s faster.
