If you are moving an employer client from NEST to Jarvis, the process is:
Set up the employer’s Jarvis scheme and configure contribution rates.
Email [email protected] with the employer’s NEST employer reference. Jarvis can initiate the NEST closure.
NEST typically takes 28 days to process the closure.
Enrol employees into Jarvis via CSV. For members past the opt-out window at NEST, set the opt-out end date in the CSV to a past date.
Once complete, we will contact employees and give them the option to transfer their existing NEST pot to Jarvis.
Members need: their NEST ID (welcome pack or nestpensions.org.uk) to complete the transfer.
Important: Jarvis is always relief at source. Confirm payroll software is updated.
