Setting up Jarvis for your client

What you need and how to register an employer client on the Jarvis platform.

To set up a Jarvis workplace pension for an employer client, you will need their Companies House number, registered address, PAYE reference, and the number of eligible employees.

Steps:

  1. Complete the Participation Agreement supplied by your Jarvis onboarding specialist.

  2. Configure contribution rates (employer % and employee %).

  3. Set the auto-enrolment staging or duties start date.

  4. Upload employee data via CSV or enrol manually.
