How do I submit a manual salary sacrifice contribution?

Submit a one-off salary sacrifice contribution for a member directly from your dashboard.

If a member has a salary sacrifice arrangement in place, you can submit their contribution directly from the dashboard.

Not enrolled yet? You'll need to enrol them first before submitting a contribution.

Before you start, you'll need:

  • The member's name, email address or NINO

  • The payroll period end date

  • The salary sacrifice amount as agreed with the member

Steps:

  1. Search for the member using their name, email address, payroll ID or NINO.

  2. Select Submit New Contributions.

  3. Enter the payroll period end date and period length (e.g. weekly, monthly).

  4. Find the member's record and select New amount.

  5. Enter the agreed salary sacrifice amount in the Employer amount field.

  6. Leave the Employee amount as £0 as the full contribution comes from the employer under salary sacrifice.

  7. Click Save, then Submit Contributions.

What happens next?

You'll get an email once it's been processed. Head to the Current Payments tab to approve the payment collection.
