Yes, and this is important to understand. If a record includes both enrolment changes and contributions, it's possible for the enrolment part to succeed while the contribution part fails.
For example, if a record says a member has opted out and also includes contributions, Jarvis will process the opt-out (enrolment change) but reject the contributions. The record will still show as Failed because of the contribution error, but the opt-out will have been applied.
