If you've made a payment using a method other than open banking within our app, there might be a delay in processing. This is because our system doesn't automatically expect a payment made this way.
What Happens Next
Processing Time: Please allow up to one business day for your payment to appear in our system.
Updating Your Account: Once processed, it will take an additional 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect in your pension pot.
