I haven't received an enrolment welcome email

Workplace Pension

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you haven't yet received an enrolment email from Jarvis, that means your employer is still in the process of enrolling you.

Before you receive the enrolment email, your employer needs to finalise the details and submit them to Jarvis for processing.

You may have received an email from you employer about enrolment but this is still being processed.

Once your employer completes the enrolment, you will receive a welcome email from Jarvis with all the details you need, including how to opt out if you wish.

How to resend an enrolment email to yourself:

You can use this link to resend an enrolment email to yourself if your employer has enrolled you.

If you do not receive an email, it means you have not been enrolled yet and you have to wait until your employer enrols you.

My pension has been deducted from my salary:

You may have noticed that your pension has been deducted from your payslip. Please note that your employer still needs to deduct your pension whilst processing your enrolment.

Once you have been enrolled, you'll be able to opt out and get a refund if you are still within your opt out window.

Your employer will be enrolling you within the next 7-14 days and once they do, you will receive the email.

This timeline reflects the time required for your employer to complete their submissions to Jarvis.

For now there is no action to take. πŸ™‚
