If your employer has recently moved to Jarvis as their workplace pension provider, they’re legally required to enrol all employees into the new scheme. However, you have the option to opt out if you’d prefer not to take part.

How do I opt out or cease pension contributions in Jarvis?

To opt out, follow these steps:

  1. Open the enrolment email sent to you by Jarvis.

  2. Click the “Opt Out” link at the bottom of the email.

  3. Follow the steps to opt-out

You will receive an email confirmation of your Opt Out once it has been actioned by your employer.

I haven't received an enrolment email

If you haven't received an enrolment email it may mean the following:

  1. Your employer has not yet enrolled you (It can take 2 weeks from when they first notify you)

  2. You may have lost the enrolment email

You can use this link to resend yourself the enrolment email. If you do not receive an email, it means your employer has not yet enrolled you and you will have to wait until they do to opt out.
