Trouble logging in?
There are three ways to log into your Jarvis account: email code, Google, or Apple. This article covers what to do if you're having trouble with any of them.
I'm not receiving my code
Check these first:
Look in your junk or spam folder.
Make sure you're using the exact email address you signed up with as even a small typo means the code goes to the wrong place.
If you use a work email, your company's email filters might be blocking us. Ask your IT to whitelist the pensionjar.com domain in your email client.
Still nothing? Add pensionjar.com to your safe senders list so future codes come through reliably.
I'm getting the code but it's not working
Each new code cancels the previous one. So if you request several in a row, you'll end up entering an expired code without realising.
Here's the fix:
Wait five minutes.
Request one new code.
Enter it as soon as it arrives.
I've lost access to my email
If you can no longer get into the email account you signed up with, we'll need to verify your identity. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll take it from there.
Skip the code entirely
If your email is a Google account (Gmail, Google Workspace) or an Apple account, you can tap Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple on the login screen instead. No code needed.
One exception, this won't work with Apple's Hide My Email or Private Relay, as Apple will only share a randomly generated email address with us and we won't be able to match that to the email associated with your Jarvis account. You'll need to use the email code for those.
