How to Withdraw you Pension

Updated today

You can usually begin withdrawing your pension from the age of 55, although this may change in the future depending on government rules.

At the moment, Jarvis does not support pension withdrawals directly. The best way to access any money you have paid into Jarvis is by transferring your pension to another provider.

If you already have a pension with a previous provider, you can transfer your Jarvis pension to them so that everything is in one place and withdrawals can be made from there.

To start this process, you will need to:

  • Contact your new or old provider and let them know that you have a pension with Jarvis that you want to transfer.

  • Provide them with your Jarvis policy number

  • Provide us with the name they can use to find us on Origo which is Seccl Custody.

  • They will then request the transfer from Jarvis on your behalf

Finding your Policy number:

Your policy number can be found on any of the documents in your app:

  • Go Hamburger Menu β†’ Documents β†’ Statements.

  • Policy number = Client Reference.

  • If you don't have a statement, Request Statement, then check Client Reference once ready.
