Finding Your Pensions Made Easy with Jarvis

The key to locating all your pensions is your pension policy reference number. This is often referred to as a pension number or customer reference number.

You’ll typically find this number on an old letter or email from your pension provider. Once you have it, tracking your pension becomes straightforward.

But don’t worry if you don’t know your policy number—there’s still a way to locate your lost pension pots!

How to Find Lost Pensions with Jarvis

With the Jarvis app, finding your pensions has never been easier. Follow these steps to start tracing any lost or forgotten pensions:

  1. Open the Jarvis app and click on the menu button in the top-left corner.

  2. Select Jarvis Pension and then choose Transfers.

  3. Tap Start New Transfer to begin the process.

  4. When prompted to add a new pension, provide the name of your employer and their pension provider.

    • If you’re unsure of the provider’s name, select I don’t know / Not Listed and proceed.

  5. Follow the steps to complete the process of adding a new pension.

Once you’ve successfully added a pension, you’ll be redirected to the Transfers menu. From there, you can click on your newly added pension and start the pension tracing process.
