How can employees opt-out of contributions?

Employees opting out

To opt-out of contributions, employees must submit an opt-out request through the Jarvis app or email into customer support at [email protected]. Once we receive this request, we will communicate it to the primary contact person listed on file.

Employers must then take action by updating their payroll system accordingly and uploading their PAPDIS file to the employer portal. This ensures that the employee's opt-out is accurately reflected in the payroll records.
