If your name has changed or was entered incorrectly, we can update it for you. Email [email protected] with your current name, your new name, and your date of birth so we can find your record.
If your name changed legally, attach a copy of one of these:
Marriage or civil partnership certificate
Deed poll
Updated passport or driving licence in your new name
Reverting to a former name after divorce? Send your final order along with your original marriage or birth certificate.
Please also update your name with HMRC, as your pension receives tax relief based on their records and the two should match.
If your name was simply spelled wrong when you joined, just tell us the correct spelling. No document needed.
