You can change your investment fund at any time in the Jarvis app.
To switch: Menu ☰ › Personal or Workplace Jar › Change investment strategy › Update to preferred strategy
Choose which jar you want to update first, your Personal Jar or your Workplace Jar, then select your preferred strategy and confirm. The change usually settles within a few business days, and there is no charge.
If you hold money in both Jars, update each one separately, as the change applies only to the jar you select.
You can move between the three Jarvis Portfolios (Conservative, Moderate, Adventurous) or choose Self-Select to pick your own funds. The switch usually settles within 3 to 5 business days, and there is no charge.
While the switch processes, your money is briefly moved between funds, so the value may move slightly during that window.
