Incorrect column names or formatting: Ensure that the column names match the expected format and that the data is in the correct format (e.g., dates as dd/mm/yyyy).
Missing required data: Some fields, such as forename, surname, birthdate, national insurance number, email address, postcode, and address1, are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
Invalid data: Check that all data is accurate and in the correct format. For example, email addresses and national insurance numbers must be valid.
