What charges do I pay?

From Q2 2025, we are introducing a new, transparent fee structure that benefits both employers and employees. This update simplifies costs, ensures fairness across all pension pots, and reduces administrative complexity for businesses.

Charges:

Employer support charge (monthly) - None
Member contribution charge - 1.40%
Member annual management charge - 0.40%


Scenario 1: Employee with £10,000 in their pension pot,
contributing £1,000 annually

Employer support charge (monthly) - £0
Member contribution charge - £15 (1.5% of £1,000)
Member annual management charge - £50 (0.5% of £10,000)

Lower costs for employees with smaller pots, reducing fees as they save.
