To access your Nest account for the first time, you'll need the following information:
Your Nest ID: This is a unique identifier starting with "MEM" and followed by nine numbers. You can find it in your welcome pack.
Your National Insurance number or alternate unique identifier: This is provided by your employer.
Your date of birth
How do I log in?
Visit the Nest login page.
Enter your date of birth, Nest ID, and National Insurance number (or alternate identifier).
Provide your contact details: Enter your email address and UK mobile number.
Create a secure account:
Choose a strong, unique password.
Answer three security questions that are not easily guessable.
